Penalty Points Are Assigned

Players who did not declare accumulate penalty points based on the unmatched cards remaining in their hand. Face cards (J, Q, K, A) carry 10 points each. Number cards carry their face value. Jokers carry zero points.

Any player whose cumulative score reaches or exceeds 101 (in 101 Pool) or 201 (in 201 Pool) is eliminated from the game. Their seat is removed and the remaining players continue to the next deal.

You may choose to drop out of a round rather than play it. An initial drop (before your first turn) costs 20 points in 101 Pool and 25 points in 201 Pool. A middle drop costs 40 points in 101 Pool and 50 points in 201 Pool. Dropping strategically is a key skill.

Wrong Declaration Penalty
